Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Giftexon, we strive to provide a fast, safe, and transparent process for exchanging gift cards for cash. Due to the nature of our services and the type of digital products we handle, all transactions are final once completed.
1. No Refunds After Verification and Payout
Once a gift card is submitted, verified, and the payout is processed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. This is because:
- Digital gift card values are verified and used immediately after approval.
- Funds are issued to the seller based on the verified balance.
- Gift card codes are deactivated or become non-transferable post-sale.
2. Incorrect or Invalid Gift Cards
If a gift card:
- Has an incorrect balance,
- Is already redeemed,
- Is expired,
- Or is deemed invalid or fraudulent,
It will be rejected during the verification process, and no payment will be issued. You will be notified via email about the status of your submission.
3. Canceled Transactions Before Payout
If you wish to cancel a gift card submission:
- You must do so before we begin the verification process.
- Once verification has started, cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@giftexon.com with your transaction ID.
4. Exceptions
We may consider a refund or reversal only in rare cases such as:
- A proven technical error on our part resulting in a failed or incorrect payout.
- A duplicate transaction caused by a system glitch.
All exception requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.
